WHAT IS A LEARNER?

In Room 11 we have been talking about things a good learner does. Here are some of our ideas...

PURPLE CAKE DAY RECOUNTS:

Last week Nelson Central School celebrated Purple Cake Day. I really enjoyed doing Wheels Day because I had fun having free time riding my scooter. After that I went to buy a purple juicie for me and Riley. I love Purple Cake Day.

On Friday it was Purple Cake Day at our school. I got a cupcake with a lollypop in it and it was yum. I got a lemonade. It was yum. My sister got some and I didn’t want her to have some because we always bump into each other. It’s still fun. I liked Wheels Day. I liked Purple Cake Day. It was fun.

On Friday it was Purple Cake Day at Nelson Central School. I got a lollypop cake and a cake with sprinkles and little balls on it. They were sweet and yummy. Wheels Day was fun because I scooted around. We dressed in purple and it was fun because everyone looked different.

On Friday it was Purple Cake Day at Nelson Central School. I did Wheels Day. I felt happy because it was Wheels Day. I liked having my bike at school. I liked the singing in the morning at the front field because it was lovely. I think it was a great day.

On Friday it was Purple Cake Day 2016. Nelson Central School celebrated it. All the teachers took part in it. There was loombands and my favourite part was Wheels Day. You got to have free time and you did not get told off. It was super fun.

On Purple Cake Day 2016 I celebrated at Nelson Central School. I went in the Wheels Day arena. I saw my buddy Lachie and I also saw my other buddy but not at the Wheels Day. Then I watched Riley and Ronan and Sebbie. It was fun. I had a cupcake. Purple Cake Day was fantastic.

On Friday it was Purple Cake Day. At lunchtime it was Wheels time. I brought my scooter. I had a lot of fun. On Purple Cake Day I got a biscuit. It had red icing and a purple jellybean. It was delicious. I gobbled it all up. I can’t wait until next year.

On Friday it was Purple Cake Day. At Nelson Central School we dressed in purple. I got a lolly cake pop. It was on a stick. I got a cake that had a lollypop stick inside and a cupcake. I did Wheels Day with my bike and scooter because I have a scooter holder.

My favourite part was the lollypop and Wheels Day but I fell off my bike! I can’t wait until next year.

Last Friday I was sick. I did not know how I got sick but for Purple Cake Day I got purple stuff. I got a purple bowtie and a hat. I really wanted to go to school but I couldn’t because I was sick. But an hour later I could go to the airport to pick up Bobby. It was good even though I didn’t go to school.

On Purple Cake Day I was at home. I was playing games and it was cold. I bought a cake from my class Room 11 and it was like bursting bubbles and it was like a volcano bursting in my tummy. It felt great in my tummy.
